Dinner & Lunch

A great dinner should become a great lunch the next day. Why? Good food, less money, more time.

Last night's creative dinner:
Carmelized onions with garlic, mushrooms, chives, tender pieces of sweet potato, and a small amount of salmon...all scrambled and rolled around with eggs. YUM. It is great by itself but also tastes good with a little salsa.
