I read this article about sugar being toxic, and a couple of weeks later was lucky enough to hear the brains behind it, Robert Lustig, talk at a Wellness conference. I'm back
Seeing how I'm going to be going back to school in the fall for an MPH, I decided I should start up my "being healthy" blog again. I've been fairly capable of keeping up with my photography blog, A Backyard Studio, and I hope I can keep up with this one again as well.
I have to remind myself why this blog is important: it helps me stay positive, which makes it much easier to take care of my myself (mind and body). This blog is about "thinking in the pink", which means, thinking healthily, which means - thinking and doing anything and everything that makes you feel that way. :o)
Here's a photo that makes me feel great:
Reading in the park, next to your favorite person. I really liked this book by the way - even though it's an old classic that most people did not enjoy reading in school, I really enjoyed the humor and the travel stories. It was entertaining and wasn't too long. It made me want to do something spontaneous.
